Unlike traditional vacation rentals, our homes are reserved exclusively for patients, caregivers, and families referred through hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners.

We design and operate hospital-dedicated housing that supports families during medical transitions — whether recovering from surgery, undergoing treatment, or providing care for a loved one. Our boutique, owner-operated model ensures personalized attention, safe and reliable environments, and homes intentionally created to ease the stress of medical journeys.

Each residence offers practical comfort with features like full kitchens, private laundry, accessible bathrooms, and healing design elements inspired by Kenyan culture. Patients and caregivers benefit from quiet, restorative spaces close to major hospitals and medical centers, with flexible layouts that support both independence and care.

Beyond housing, we invest in education and advocacy. Through Lunch & Learns and hospital partnerships, KFR helps social workers, discharge planners, and case managers address housing pain points, bridging the gap between healthcare and temporary housing solutions.
