Unique Feature: Walk-In Shower + Pet-Friendly Extended-Stay Living
Suite 35B combines a private garden-level residential layout with a walk-in stall shower and pet-friendly amenities designed to make longer stays easier.
Up to 2 approved dogs or cats are welcome. Pet travel extras including crates, food and water dishes, pet bedding, furniture covers, cat litter, and a litter box are available for guest use. A large shared fenced yard provides additional outdoor space for approved pets.

- 100% White Giza Cotton Bed Sheets: Beds are made with 100% white Giza cotton sheets. Made from long-staple cotton, the sheets provide a soft, breathable sleep surface with natural airflow for added comfort during rest. Our Giza cotton linens are professionally laundered without bleach to help preserve the cotton fibers and fabric quality.
- Decorative Bedding & Styling: Bedrooms are staged with beautiful, colorful, fluffy comforters complemented by an intentional African decorative pillow setup completed at turnover.

Property & Layout Considerations
Guests are responsible for reviewing all layout configurations and house rules before booking to verify the suite aligns with their specific extended-stay needs:
- Garden-Level Layout: Suite 35B is a garden-level residence with a separate private entrance and private interior living environment. After entering through the private entrance, guests must walk down one full flight of interior stairs to reach the residence. Please review the listing photos and stair configuration before booking to determine whether the layout works for everyone in your group.
- Shared HVAC: Suite 35B shares the home's central HVAC system with Suite 35A. The central thermostat is located inside Suite 35A and maintained within the property's standard operating range of approximately 70°F–75°F to provide a predictable residential comfort profile for both homes. Guests requiring exclusive climate conditions outside the property's standard range may prefer a residence with dedicated HVAC control.
- Additional Climate Comfort: Portable fans and space heaters are available for guests who prefer additional localized airflow or warmth.
- Occupancy Limits: This unit safely accommodates up to a 4-person maximum, and we proudly host up to 4 guests at no additional cost.
- Pet-Friendly Unit: Suite 35B welcomes up to 2 approved dogs or cats, subject to the applicable pet policy and fees.
- Pet-Friendly Flooring: Suite 35B features LVP flooring throughout the residence, providing a clean, durable, easy-to-maintain surface that works especially well for guests traveling with approved pets.
- Mattresses: Mattresses may sit slightly higher than standard residential bed heights.
- Bathroom Configuration: Suite 35B features a walk-in stall shower with strong water pressure.

Booking Requirements
- Reservation Review: Each reservation is individually reviewed for occupancy, stay purpose, property fit, and alignment with community standards.
- Local Direct-Booking Screening: Local Colorado direct-booking requests may require additional screening, including traditional tenant screening where appropriate, unless an established Airbnb or Vrbo guest history with positive reviews provides sufficient booking history. Government-issued photo identification is required for every adult occupant.
- Payment: Required before Secure Onboarding and reservation confirmation. American Express is not accepted.
- Traveler's Insurance: Travel Interruption/Cancellation Protection covering the full reservation period is required.
- Accidental Damage Protection: A temporary electronic authorization hold of $750 for approved pet stays is processed at payment. This is an authorization hold only—not an upfront cash deposit. For reservations without pets, the standard hold is $500.
- Secure Onboarding: Guests provide government-issued photo IDs for all adult occupants and a signed Residency Agreement within 24 hours.
- Booking Integrity: Reservations must be completed through an approved booking channel. We are not affiliated with Houzlet or unauthorized third-party listing services.
Community Standards
- Quiet Environment: This is a low-density residential community. Loud gatherings, parties, disruptive occupancy, and large event celebrations are not permitted.
- Boundary Etiquette: The large yard and BBQ area are shared. The private veranda, private front porch, individual entrances, garages, and assigned parking areas remain private to each individual suite. Children and visitors must be supervised at all times.
- Pet Supervision: The large fenced residential yard is shared with only two other quiet residences and provides approved dogs additional outdoor space during longer stays. Pets must remain supervised, and guests are responsible for promptly picking up and properly disposing of pet waste.
- Wildlife: Wildlife may occasionally be present outdoors. Guests traveling with pets are encouraged to supervise their pets while they are out in the yard.
- Smoking & Vaping: Prohibited inside the suite, garage, and all enclosed areas. Smoking is permitted strictly outdoors in the designated outdoor area with proper disposal. Smoke, vapor, ash, and related odors must not enter the residence.
- Marijuana: Prohibited inside all enclosed spaces. Any permitted outdoor use must comply fully with Colorado law and the property's designated outdoor smoking-area requirements.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor common outdoor spaces and entrances only, with audio/video recording. No interior devices monitor living spaces. Unverified overnight guests are not permitted.

Enjoy some quiet sleep in our Themed Bedrooms with blackout curtains. Mzazi room is the front bedroom. “Mzazi” stands for “Parent” in Swahili. This suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large colorful photo of a Maasai mother and her child. Mgeni” stands for “Visitor/Guest”. This room is great for those that have visiting guests while staying with us on the property.
